I am surprised that Nashville is not on that list.

Droves of people are moving to Tennessee and in particular Nashville.

So its a bit surprising.

And here are the 25 MOST affordable cities in the U.S. TX and OH are the winners with 4 each. There's nothing in the west, and precious little on the eastern seaboard. Anyone want to hazard a guess as to why that might be?

Now we need some sort of a ratio between "Affordable" and "Nice Place to Live." Detroit, after all, might be cheap but . . . it's Detroit.
