Yeah, whenever we've had votes about approving any tax increases to help pay for professional sports stadiums and arenas, I always vote "no." They do bring in money to the local community, but they typically want to spend billions and expect the local community to bear most of that extravagent cost. I can see giving them some property tax relief, but otherwise, let the Jerry Jones's of this world pay for their own venues.

Well,

the inept BROWN family has screwed up so many things since 1968 that in my view unless the team were to get new ownership things are not going to change much anyway..


I have not been to a Reds game or a Bengals game ever.

They want way too much for a ticket in the cheap seats and ya can't see anything from there anyway..

If they had a winning product consistently it might be a different story..
So the Brown family pretty well screws up about anything it touches.

Goodbye and good riddance. I feel for the taxpayers in Cincinnati who financially support that stadium thru taxes.
