I've been reading that they were short handed in the control tower that night. And instead of one guy monitoring helicopters and another monitoring airplanes one guy had to do both.

I've also been reading how air traffic control 'near misses' have dramatically increased since biden became President. Including that Reagan airport had a near miss between a helicopter and a plane just the night before.

It being a fact that the biden administration went full on 'DEI' and full on 'Trans' and full on all sorts of other policies designed to put mentally deficient peoples into critically important jobs . . . I'd be shocked if that wasn't a major contributing factor in the disaster.
