IMO, stocking up on a few months' worth of cash would be a wise move at this time. 

...ok, $20.00 stuffed in a sock and hid under the mattress. That should about do it for me.

Musk's DOGE is forcing change at the Treasury, and Treasury officials don't like it. The highest-ranking career official just quit after a clash and others will likely follow, sometimes taking their access and understanding with them, leaving havoc behind. Understand: Some of the nation's most sensitive financial systems are accessible to just a handful of key individuals.

IMO, stocking up on a few months' worth of cash would be a wise move at this time.
