I don't think so either, but it'd be a matter for the courts. I think the founders' intent was for Congress to impeach and remove a President, and THEN he can be prosecuted if that's appropriate. If they'd intended to give him the right to pardon himself, then they'd have just said that a President cannot be prosecuted for actions taken while in office.

But there's always the "Gerald Ford / Richard Nixon" precedent.

...if I was gonna try and invalidate the Biden pardons I think I would try to do it based on him being a coconspirator.

...also regardless of what we have heard on the msm as of late, I don't think a presidednt can pardon himself.
