In nearly every occupation that is dominated by men. When women enter that occupation, they are given a break on performance/qualifying standards. The result is them not being as proficient at the task as their male counterparts.

Some tasks men are better at and some tasks women are better at. This is because men and women are different. Making believe women and men are equal in everything is dangerous.

And, management always favors advancing, promoting, and hiring women over men. Hiring quotas.

Thanks for the responses, guys. They were what I expected.

And that, Zimbler0, is the reason why I said that being female caused the crash. Men are better at certain things, including those that involve reaction time, attentiveness (have you heard about clo and the infant she was supposed to be caring for?) and decision making under pressure. I would always choose a male pilot over a female.
