Just don't do it going into a hot zone or into a battlefield. While there are a few exceptions and always will be, as a whole, its not a good idea.

They got to be able to pick up and carry a full grown man in battle gear and get them out of harms way.

So its not likely... imo.

In nearly every occupation that is dominated by men. When women enter that occupation, they are given a break on performance/qualifying standards. The result is them not being as proficient at the task as their male counterparts.

Some tasks men are better at and some tasks women are better at. This is because men and women are different. Making believe women and men are equal in everything is dangerous.

And, management always favors advancing, promoting, and hiring women over men. Hiring quotas.
