Massachusetts is the only state that frequently releases illegal aliens charged w/ aggravated child rape & refuses to cooperate w/ ICE on detainer requests for them. Even in other sanctuary states & cities, I almost never see a lack of cooperation for child rape.
In this case, a Guatemalan charged with 3x forcible child rape & 3x aggravated child rape was released on bail by Essex County, MA, with ICE Boston saying their detainer request was ignored & they were not notified of his release.
During one of my embeds with ICE Boston last year, they arrested four illegal aliens charged w/ child rape in a single morning. All of them had been released by local jurisdictions with ICE detainers ignored.
I asked a MA law enforcement source how this keeps happening there? And how does someone charged with so many counts of forcible & aggravated child rape even get bail in the first place?

So, Massachusetts cares more about virtue signaling to progressive policy nonsense than protecting children in their community. This monster was a repeat offender. What is wrong with them?

They include:
Elmer Sola, a Salvadoran illegal alien who entered the U.S. as a gotaway and was charged last month with three counts of aggravated child rape. The victim was a Nantucket child.
Bryan Daniel Aldana-Arevalo, another Salvadoran illegal alien who entered the U.S. as a gotaway and was charged in July with raping a Nantucket child.
Gean Do Amaral Belafronte, a Brazilian illegal alien who entered the U.S. as a gotaway and was charged in June with sexually assaulting a Nantucket resident.
Felix Alberto Perez-Gomez, a previously deported Guatemalan illegal alien who re-entered the U.S. as a gotaway and was charged last month with sexually assaulting a Nantucket resident.
All four of these alleged sex offenders were gotaways, ICE says. They were all arrested by ICE on Nantucket - in sanctuary state Massachusetts.
According to internal CBP data, there have been over 1.9 million known gotaways who successfully evaded apprehension & snuck into the U.S. during the Biden administration, tracked via cameras, sensors, footsign, etc.
