Yep, these NGOs are corrupt vehicles for laundering taxpayer money. They absolutely should be investigated and prosecuted under the RICO statutes - AND the bureaucrats and politicians who use them to hoodwink and steal from the American public.

USAID: 'Activist' Judge Blocking Trump's Executive Orders Is Married To Founder of a USAID-Funded NGO.

The wife of one of the 'activist' judges who is blocking President Donald Trump's executive orders - Judge John Bates - is married to the founder of a USAID - Funded NGO.

Carol Rhees - who is also a democrat attorney - who started the NGO Hope for Children in Ethiopia - that has been receiving USAID taxpayer money for decades.

Bates, who ruled against the Trump administration on issues related to gender identity policies - ordering web pages related to gender identity and sex change policies to be re-published to government sites - is now facing scrutiny over his wifeâ€™s ties to USAID.

DOGE recently discovered that most of the tens of billions of dollars being sent out by USAID is waste, fraud and or abuse.

Rhees established her NGO in 2003.

Tax records show the organization operates out of Bethesda, Maryland, where the couple resides.

Judge Bates has a history of ruling against President Trump and pushed the term 'undocumented migrant' over 'illegal migrant' in some of his rulings related to illegals.
