My jaw just about hit the floor reading that last part. I'm stunned that OCU said something about state rights. What a hypocrite!!!

OCU: You look so cute when you put on your "stupid child" face. To answer the first question, I expect Trump will do this by threatening to hit NYC where it hurts: In the purse. The Federal government has way too much influence over most of the states - but especially your beloved blue states since they are the most dependent on federal funds. Watch and learn as New York backpedals and ends its toll on drivers entering the city.
