Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Biden once 'order' Ukraine not to hammer Russia's oil industry - presumably because that might make oil prices skyrocket - sending gasoline prices higher and cratering biden's 'approval rate'?
I believe the Ukraine war can be 'won'.
But I also believe biden and friends did NOT want to 'win' the war because it offered so many opportunities for grift and corruption.
