I’m wrong
The constitution does mentions that Congress can create other courts.
But I still don’t think that Congress can create a court that can regulate the Executive Branch. That would be in conflict of the Three Equal Branches of government.

Nothing in the constitution about the lower courts in the United States.

Just about SCOTUS as a separate branch of government.

Congress created the lower courts. They could be defunded by Congress.

These lower courts do not have the authority to override the executive branch.

These lower court judges violated the constitution by denying the president his rights as head of the executive branch.

Nowhere in the U.S. Constitution does it give lower federal courts the authority to regulate the executive branch.

Unconstitutional.
