Well, over on Strategy Page they call it the 'Great Nuclear Truce'.
I trust you have noticed that there has not been a 'War' between the major powers since WWII.
China was not yet a nuclear power during the Korean conflict.
There is another old saying 'WWIII will be fought with nukes. WWIV will be fought with clubs'.
And 'There are no winners in a nuclear war'.
If Zelensky were to, say, send armored columns in the direction of Moscow - THAT could trigger Russia throwing nukes. Otherwise? Putin tried screaming "I GOT NUKES" and it didn't get him anything. Putin and everybody else knows that isn't going to work. Putin knows if he gets stupid enough - no more Russia.
