A federal judge ruled Saturday that the head of a government watchdog agency whom President Donald Trump is attempting to fire is entitled to remain in the post, setting up a dispute that will almost certainly be decided by the Supreme Court.

...another kook judge makes big time emergency decision at night or on week end. It will end up at the supreme court and the decision will be tossed into the crapper where it belongs.
...ya know a lawyer can lose his license for filing frivolous lawsuits. I would think that a judge should be kicked to the curb for too many frivolous injunctions.
