Well ... if'n I wuz POTUS, I would tell Zelenskyy to come back to D.C. and let's have a chat.
My conditions to Zelenskyy would be the following:
1. I want to know the names of all Americans who advised you to blow up the deal signing that was supposed to take place on Friday in The White House. I want a transcript of everything they told you and I want you and your interpreters to officially swear to its authenticity.
2. You will publicly apologize to the American people live on camera for your boorish behavior on Friday, tell the American people that you are extremely grateful for all of the support they have given Ukraine so far, and confirm that you are here to sign the minerals deal that we put before you.
3. The minerals deal is, as it was, with no changes ... take it or leave it.
After I get the information I want in #1, above, ANY American citizen who coached Zelenskyy to abort the negotiated minerals deal, especially in a way to embarrass the United States, would be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law under The Logan Act ... and I mean prison time.
