A few weeks ago DOGE discovered that the Department of Treasury NEVER questioned any invoice that was presented to them. They would just blindly pay them.

I guess the SCOTUS doesn’t think this problem should be corrected.

This whole thing seems fishy.
This is about $2 billion dollars to NGO for AIDs work overseas that has ALREADY been performed? Strange that an NGO would do $2 billion dollars of work before getting paid.

The President didn’t say they were going to Not going to pay. The President Paused the payments to investigate if the payments are valid,looking for fraud.

Its not Executive branch vs Congress.
Its Executive branch vs bureaucrats

Who to blame is Congress for letting unelected bureaucrats decide how to spend our tax dollars.
