I remember how, when Obama became president, Moochelle had to step down from a critical hospital position that was paying her something like $175,000 per year. I don't know what she did but it must've been special - 'cuz when she left, the hospital did away with the position entirely. They just couldn't find anyone else who could do it, I guess.
