Last year . . TurboTax MADE me upgrade. 'They' said their tax software would no longer run on win-10 . . So I wound up buying a Win-11 machine. (I'm still not happy about it.)
My Linux box - which I use once a month to visit 'Vanguard' . . I think twice I've had to upgrade my Linux because Vanguard did something to break it. (And an up-grade fixed it again.)
Yep . . . various software 'improvements' gonna FORCE folks to upgrade the O.S.s . . . .
