There may not be anything here you don't already know, but...

Manufacturer Assistance (Novartis):
Novartis offers a $10 co-pay card for eligible commercially insured patients, covering up to a 90-day supply, with a maximum savings of $4,100 per year. This is one of the best options if you have private insurance, bringing the cost down to $10 for 30 days (about $0.33 per tablet).

A 30-day free trial (up to 60 tablets) is available to all U.S. patients starting treatment, regardless of insurance, effectively making the initial cost $0.

Patient Assistance Programs:
Through the Novartis Patient Assistance Foundation, eligible uninsured or underinsured patients might receive Entresto for free if they meet income criteria (e.g., up to $50,000/year for an individual). Contact them at 1-800-277-2254.

Services like NiceRx or Prescription Hope offer Entresto for a flat fee of $49–$60 per month (around $1.63–$2 per tablet for 60 tablets), regardless of retail price, if you qualify.

International Options:
PharmacyChecker.com lists the lowest price for Entresto 24/26 mg at $1.11 per tablet (about $66.60 for 60 tablets) through accredited international online pharmacies, though shipping fees (e.g., $14.95) may apply. Note that importing prescription drugs into the U.S. is technically illegal for individuals, but enforcement is rare for personal use (up to a 3-month supply).

Medicare:
For Medicare Part D patients, over 99% have coverage, typically costing less than $50 per month (under $1 per tablet), depending on the plan. Starting in 2026, Medicare’s negotiated price will be $295 for a 30-day supply, with co-pays likely lower.

Lowest Price Summary:
Absolute Lowest: $0 for the first 30 days via Novartis’ free trial (U.S., all patients).

Ongoing Lowest (U.S.): $10 per month ($0.33 per tablet) with the Novartis co-pay card for commercially insured patients, or free through the Novartis Patient Assistance Foundation if eligible.

International Lowest: $1.11 per tablet ($66.60 for 60 tablets) via PharmacyChecker-verified pharmacies, plus shipping.

Re: “I got a scrip for 180 of them. $700.00 for this prescription.”
That stinks. It's not available as a generic, and I'm not finding it for less in Canada. If you've got 180 tablets, you're actually doing well. Most of the ads I'm seeing are $725 for 60 tablets.
