"An estimated 390,000 workers will now see significant pay cuts."

Yeah ... 390,000 federal government employees ... and it's about time since a great many of them have been receiving better pay and benefits than their private sector counterparts for doing little to no work, not even showing up at the government offices, stealing taxpayer funds and funneling it to Democrat politicians and their cronies, and voting a straight-line Democrat ballot on election day.

Re: “An estimated 390,000 workers will now see significant pay cuts. Trump will use that money to give tax cuts to the wealthy ruling class.”

No, weco. That's not how it works. While a Minimum Wage increase mandates that supposedly underpaid workers receive pay increases, a Minimum Wage decrease does not mandate that anyone receive a pay cut. I'd be surprised if a single current employee has his pay reduced.

Moreover, there will not be any direct savings to the government. It has already negotiated its contracts and will continue to pay the same amounts. Any savings that result from this change would go to the companies that hold these existing contracts.

Finally, how Trump will spend any money that is saved in FUTURE CONTRACTS is total conjecture on your part. You don't know any better than clo does how the savings will get spent. Trump might use it to pay down the debt, for all you know. Or he may use it to build the wall. Or . . . hey, wait. Isn't it Congress that determines how money is to be spent?

You used to be smarter than this. Is your exposure to idiots having an effect?
