A judge in North Carolina lost his November election to the state's Supreme Court by nearly 750 votes. There have been two recounts and there were no significant changes, but he refuses to concede. He's now asked the North Carolina Court of Appeals to "adjust the vote count" and declare him the winner. He wants them to retroactively change the rules as to who was allowed to cast ballots, which could disenfranchise more than 60,000 voters.
