Oh, I am absolutely sure the lovely State of New Hampshire's only connection to this case is simply that this Massachusetts asshole (colloquial term being "Masshole," correct?) chose to perpetrate his juvenile but serious crime within the borders of New Hampshire. AND, I'm glad that he did since New Hampshire treats such an act as a Class A felony. Jim Pelis needs some serious jail time over this.

I also do not necessarily blame ArmorCode for Pelis' actions, either ... but, the company hasn't really done itself any favors by trying to play coy about this incident.

Beldin:

Re: “By the by, did you hear anything on the news about this Tesla incident in New Hampshire? ”
No. I've got no broadcast television. My news comes primarily from various internet sites, and I haven't seen anything new on this.

I briefly looked for ArmorCode's phone number. Unfortunately, while I can arrange for an appointment with the company, I can't just give them a call. Too bad. I'd have liked to let them know that someone in the state cares whether they've fired this a$$hole.

Keying a Tesla is a Class A felony in this state. If he's convicted (and I'm sure he will be if a liberal D.A. doesn't give him a plea deal), this turd will get at least 7½ years in jail. Maybe ArmorCode hasn't fired him yet - out of a misplaced abundance of caution - but I expect they will sooner or later.

BTW, this may have happened in New Hampshire, but the company is based in Palo Alto. That's just outside San Francisco.
