Maybe not the sort of review you are thinking of. Maybe not the types of judges, either.

Due to the scope, the review may involve nothing more than a verification of identity and that the deportee does not currently have legal residency or visitation rights. That can be done outside the presence of the individual.

That's how I hope it will work, and nothing in the Supreme Court ruling stipulates otherwise. If ICE has its paperwork properly assembled, the review should take no more than 60 seconds.

It sure does seem like you want these illegals to be here, clo. Why is that?
