Texas judge halts deportations under Alien Enemies Act: Federal judges blocked the government from moving five Venezuelans accused of being gang members out of the country until the men have had their day in court. The Supreme Court ruled Monday that the administration must allow those being removed under the act to fight their deportation under the law.
