Good morning all!

This event I find troubling.

It wreaks of authoritarianism and an attitude of so what if we mistakenly sent a person to a max security prison.

These attitudes could easily be reversed. Send one of the people who arrested this poor guy from Maryland to be deported themselves and threatened not to try to return.. I'd take all bets the person being thrown out accidentally would have a new attitude.

WHY would the Tom Holman led group have a problem with bringing back an innocent man?

I really do not understand this at all.

Orders Administration to bring Garcia home. Unanimous

Refer to our previous 'conversations' on this exact subject.

No vote - They declined to block the U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis order.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Supreme Court declined on Thursday to block a judge's order requiring President Donald Trump's administration to facilitate the return to the United States a Salvadoran man who the government has acknowledged was deported in error to El Salvador.

SCOTUS Conservatives Defy Trump in Wrongly Deported Dad’s Immigration Case
BRING HIM BACK
The unanimous order called out the government’s argument that the man should stay in El Salvador as “plainly wrong.”

The Supreme Court unanimously ruled Thursday that the Trump administration must bring back a Maryland man it mistakenly deported to and had imprisoned in El Salvador.

Justice Sonia Sotomayor rejected the administration’s argument—that it couldn’t be held accountable for Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia because he was no longer in the country—as “plainly wrong.”

The administration had petitioned the Supreme Court to try to get out of a lower court’s order requiring Garcia’s return, but the Supreme Court said it could find “no reason recognized by the law” for the White House’s request to be granted.
