That bird is an American Bald Eagle.
They are rare and are a protected species.
To say I really dislike those useless windmills would be mildly putting it. They are UGLY to look at and do not generate much power and are nothing but a potential killing machine of birds of all kind.. Including that majestic National SYMBOL the American Bald Eagle.
I have had the privilege and blessing of seeing these in the wild in open country soaring, diving, and pulling up in full flight.. They are just awe inspiring to watch..
To see one laying dead from a freaking windmill generating not much electricity which is why there has to be so many of them, is a disgrace and a loss..
IMO they should all be torn down and replaced with nuclear generated power.. A lot safer on wildlife.
