The insidious attack, Cloward Piven to the max, of what the brandon mafia did is starting to show it's bare ass to all the Republicans and pro-deportation folks, myself included.
The damage was real. It was and is substantial. It is not easily 'undone', and will be painful.
BUT - as King Froggie pointed out, it can't be undone by PROCLAMATION but must be through legislative modification.
What brabdon did however, even makes the actual law irrelevant - since his administration blatantly ignored the LAWS ON THE BOOKS .... AND WE THE PEOPLE DID NOT THROW HIM and HIS ILK IN PRISON FOR IT, hell, wouldn't even BRING AN ACTUAL IMPEACHMENT TO TRIAL.
We have a LOT of shit to shovel out of D.C. and can't do it through proclamation or even modification.
IT HAS TO BE DONE AT THE POINT OF THE SWORD with actual FELONY CRIMINAL INDICTMENTS, TRIALS, CONVICTIONS AND INCARCERATIONS of those in government that reduced this country to a third world criminal banana republic, with NOBODY enforcing the LAWS ON THE BOOKS.
