Agreed in principle, Sir Wizard. Howsomeever, Gone to WHERE ? US Court of Immigration has already ruled that the COURT will not allow him to be deported to El Salvador - and that ruling has just been upheld by SCOTUS.
Brandon really did F' US royally - and will not be easy to undo all the damage that he, and his judicial appointees have reeked upon US.
Kind of chuckling - you also noticed something I had not stated - we don't even know for sure that he IS an illegal immigrant, certainly that he DID appear before an immigration court - but hell, even legal immigrants have had that privilege. It appears someone was trying to deport him, but we are not told that it was because he was an 'illegal' - only that allegations were that he is a notorious gang member, made by a single 'informant'. Others have said he is a 'human trafficer' - again, an allegation, no proof, no charges, not even a ham sandwich grand jury indictment.
This whole mess stinks - BIG TIME.
As Zim might opine - if the guvmint has all this evidence, why isn't he already charged under criminal laws and sitting in US JAIL awaiting trial ?
