Hmmmmmmmmm. MAybe we should modify that to something like "what happened while dementia Joe still clung to the title of President and had zero idea of who he was, where he was, or what day of the week it is..

Then there is the infamous autopen.. I wonder how many times someone used that to sign stuff that Brandon wasn't even cognizant of or capable of understanding.

I don't believe for a second Brandon's real signature is on there or much else that was "signed ".

Personally I believe that autopen needs to be outlawed and "verboten".

I'm not smart enough to grasp all the legal stuntery that has to happen in order to get rid of bad people and make society safer.
And truthfully, I don't really care that much..
We were told many thousands of years ago that evil will always be present in this world and so nothing should surprise us. We should hate it, despise it, and pray for those in authority over us to do the right thing. Other than that, we are spectators.

This doesn't mean that I accept or condone all the law breaking, corruption, and attempts at overthrowing the Constitutional Law we have had in place for centuries.

GArcia at the least should be imprisoned somewhere. Where that is I am not able to say. But he should not be allowed to keep on doing what he has been.

All in my opinion of course. Recognizing that other folks will have their own thoughts on the same subject..

I'll be gone most of the day visiting my granddaughter at the University watching her play softball. She is so talented and yet very soft spoken and polite.
Best women's catcher in Ohio by far. Even the Umpires tell her after games what a pleasure it was to be behind her because they feel safer she doesn't let any miss-throws get past her.
Unless she is too sick to play, nobody else is behind that plate for her team..
She is a sweetie. Quiet spoken and so loving.

Needless to say she is her Daddy's girl and grandpa's girl.. I spoil her as often as I can if she needs anything.

So I get to see her in a few hours and spend time after the game at a restaurant we'll all go to.

A long but joyous day ahead.... Very Happy

Really ? Have a non-media source to confirm that - or just published allegations ?

Is illegal immigration a misdemeanor or felony crime, or is it just a 'civil infraction' ? Hard to tell any longer.

The insidious attack, Cloward Piven to the max, of what the brandon mafia did is starting to show it's bare ass to all the Republicans and pro-deportation folks, myself included.

The damage was real. It was and is substantial. It is not easily 'undone', and will be painful.

BUT - as King Froggie pointed out, it can't be undone by PROCLAMATION but must be through legislative modification.

What brabdon did however, even makes the actual law irrelevant - since his administration blatantly ignored the LAWS ON THE BOOKS .... AND WE THE PEOPLE DID NOT THROW HIM and HIS ILK IN PRISON FOR IT, hell, wouldn't even BRING AN ACTUAL IMPEACHMENT TO TRIAL.

We have a LOT of shit to shovel out of D.C. and can't do it through proclamation or even modification.

IT HAS TO BE DONE AT THE POINT OF THE SWORD with actual FELONY CRIMINAL INDICTMENTS, TRIALS, CONVICTIONS AND INCARCERATIONS of those in government that reduced this country to a third world criminal banana republic, with NOBODY enforcing the LAWS ON THE BOOKS.

I am singularly unimpressed, to date, with the 'new' Atty Gen.

CTJ published something true about Bondi's puke behaviour in Florida - but I can't remember the particulars. Refreshing me memory'd be 'preciated.
