He's a tremendous speaker... but so is Lindsey Graham, right?

CTJ posted a great video on how Ramaswamy made his money. Oddly enough, that Twitter video is now gone. What a shock! But here's a good article I posted long ago about his controversial past. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2023/11/patriot-lawyer-dc_draino-clashes-republican-presidential-candidate-vivek/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=patriot-lawyer-dc_draino-clashes-republican-presidential-candidate-vivek The article was published well before Ramaswamy started campaigning for the White House. More about that in a bit.

Ramaswamy made his fortune through a couple of fraudulent deals with fabulous payoffs. The one I'm most familiar with - and this is from memory, okay? Do your own DD - deals with an alzheimers drug that Pfizer tested, rejected and sold to him for practically nothing. He tasked his mother with doing a "reinterpretation" on it and, no surprise, it passed with flying colors! He then hyped it as only he can and launched the IPO that made him a billionaire and earned him his reputation as a biopharma wunderkind. (I'm not sure that he's a scientist at all.) He then partnered with Pfizer, pocketing still more money, and Pfizer launched a full and expensive clinical trial. The drug failed miserably and Pfizer dumped it for the second time.

It's amazing what a smooth-talking snake-oil salesman can get away with.

As I wrote last year about the article mentioned above, "The following was published four months earlier (Sep 2023) by Newsweek, but NOBODY ran with it. No one on the right said a word, and nobody on the left mentioned it. Even clo's board said zilch... which suggests to me that this story was intentionally covered up by the media. And that leaves me to wonder if the rumors that Ramaswamy received money from Soros (and is therefore owned by him) may be true."

De: "We aren't the only ones who know the truth about this SOB, after all."

Please bring me up to speed. I had major reservations about him throughout his campaign, but let most of them go after he dropped promptly out of the race, unequivocally endorsed Trump, and -- then -- gave that rousing speech in New Hampshire:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x24syXhyzcg
"We are in the middle of a war in this country...You gotta know you are in a war to win one."

I never did like Ramaswamy's "smoothness" (comes across as a tad oily to me) but I decided, once he said what he said that day, that I would give him the benefit of the doubt.

FWIW, I have also always been suspicious of how easily he "lucked" into his money. But I figured I would set that aside and let others figure it out, further down the road. Is that your complaint? What should he do about it now... and do you have doubts he will toe the line if he is elected Governor? Should a less able campaigner run in place, and risk a loss?

I guess I am asking, when you are in the middle of a LENINIST, VIOLENT & CRIMINAL color revolution --and you know almost everyone established in the Democrat party came to hundred-million+ dollar fortunes ENTIRELY by GRAFT-- are you going to give up one of your best fighters because he is not "principled" in Wall Street gambes? How many people who make money on Wall Street do it without graft and insider connections? Close to zero.
