Nationwide”Because of the scope - 20+ million individuals that Democrats intentionally flooded the country with - it's obviously impossible to ensure due process while also kicking them out. That is, it's impossible under the OLD methods. I propose a new approach, deporting them to their home countries and THEN giving them the hearings liberals crave. (Actually, I agree with the liberals on this. I don't want good Americans to lose their right to be here without any recourse.) If the judge deems them to have been in the country legally and to not pose a threat to Americans, they can return.

Judges like Boasberg should run these hearings - either remotely or by residing in the other country. It should be the only thing they do. On those presumably-rare occasions where a judgement is made in the deportee's favor, a review by a separate court would be required - to make sure that quality hearings were provided by neutral judges.

I figure these judges may be able to provide hearings to two deportees per day. At that rate, they ought to be able to get through the 20 million in no time!
