Sucralose does not contain fructose. It is an artificial sweetener derived from sucrose (table sugar) through a process that replaces three hydroxyl groups with chlorine atoms, making it calorie-free and non-metabolizable by the body. It has no fructose or glucose components.

I am finding that grok is a pretty dadburn good curator of 'internet information' - much easier than wading thru dozens (or hundred of links and webpages) to scour for the info i really want.

Are they updated versions of the same speech, or of substantially different content? There's even one that's called "Sugar: The Bitter Truth - DEBUNKED"!!! What to believe, what to believe.

In any event, I'm avoiding all actual sugars. Sucralose is made with chemically-altered sucrose but is indigestible. I doubt Dr. Lustig would object to it.
