I don't think so. It has now been verified that due process was afforded to Garcia - he WAS ordered deported by the immigration judge. That ruling WAS upheld under appeal. And that was all without even invoking the 'enemy aliens act'. Both courts ruled/opined that in fact Garcia actually is an MS-13 member, based on sworn testimony - from a ?paid? informer - not sure what evidence may have been presented (under oath) from LE about the issue. The human trafficking assertions may or may not hold water - apparently charge was considered based on a traffic cop's judgement - but the fibbies intervened and on their say-so, Garcia was not charged with trafficking. Neither issue is of any import, at all, to the deportation orders that Garcia is legitimately under.
I do think the American people are being played BIG TIME by the news media.
And I am not at all sure that the deportation was a mistake - the DEMOCRAT DOJ LAWYER responsible for that has been placed on suspension - and may be fired. DID he intentionally pull this in order to cause trouble for the Trump admin ? Was there collusion, or criminal collusion with Boadsberg to initiate this plan to 'entrap' the Trump admin ? Lotsa questions.
Bottom line - Garcia will never be released into the United States, even if returned from El Salvador. He will be deported - that is rock solid legal. Perhaps Iran or Russia will take him off our hands. Good places for him to end up. Howz 'bout North Korea ... or China, eh ?
