A Blessed Easter Sunday to everyone here as we celebrate the Risen Savior and Lord who tasted and conquered death
and rose again the third day according to The Scripture.
He is Alive and reigning on HIS THRONE in HIS Heaven at the Right Hand of The Father.
On this day we tend to leave out The FATHER and focus on God the Son.
HOW much pain did allowing this horrid execution of HIS SON pain HIM in order to provide a way of salvation for all of us who are filthy sinners compared to HIM ???
Can you imagine sending YOUR child to go face this kind of execution and horrible death for people who for the most part hate you?
It's beyond our ability to imagine or comprehend the Depth of Love GOD has for US...
And yet HE made a way to Redeem us to HIMSELF.This is what EASTER is all about. Redemption of sinful people to a Holy God.
I am humbled by HIS Power and GRACE and LOVE for me.
And in conjunction with De's lifespan chart, it gives us an idea of when we can leave this world for God's Heaven and have a new BODY that looks just like us. only it has no imperfections or aches or pains..
I do not believe I have much more than perhaps five years max to live due to my failing heart.
So I want to enjoy these years and look forward to seeing the RISEN Christ and bowing down before HIM and The FATHER in humility and Thanksgiving. The Creator of the entire Universe. Who knows each and every one of us and keeps books of all the things we say and do.
Including our inner thoughts are not hidden from HIM.
So, be careful what you allow yersself to be thinking as it will be shown to you again when your life is reviewed and played back standing before the Lord at the Judgment seat.
Today is a day of Thanksgiving to the RISEN Christ who loves us and gave His own self unto Death for us and conquered Death and Hell to be able to pay our SIN DEBT and make us righteous in God's sight.. We are wearing the Righteousness of Christ..
May you have a wonderful day of time with your families and a more wonderful giving Thanks unto the ONE who PAID the Price for our sins and rose again so that we also may have victory over death in Christ Jesus.
