De: I would actually LIKE it if I could have a reliable "AI" assistant doing all sorts of tasks for me, from searching the news, looking for investment opportunities, dealing with Spam email, phone calls, and text messages (an awful lot from purported Democratic party people looking for my support right now (because I donated to RFK and Gabbard years ago, and am now registered "Independent", I suppose)
And it would be grand if an AI would automatically block the sound, and maybe the screen, any time someone tried to inflict an "ad" on me on my "Smart" (dumb) TV.
So, yeah, I can see a great use case for personal AI. But I would want something running on my own box, ideally, so I have higher assurance it isn't actually a "double agent".
