CTJ, am I incorrect that a case has to be PRESENTED to the Supreme Court before the Supreme Court can even make a decision on whether to hear a case?

So, were all the Jan 6 cases simply blocked from being presented to the Supreme Court? Or did the Supreme Court decline to hear them? Or What? Yea, Jan 6 should bother every American until we get fully to the bottom of it. All the participants in the Jan 6 tragedy need their day in court. Until we root out that sewer, or maybe tear it all out and rebuild the sewer system entirely, nobody decent should sleep well at night.

All the Courts sat around and did nothing while U.S. citizens were thrown in solitary confinement without a trial for years. Some of the courts participated in the abuse

But when an illegal gang member is deported, the SCOTUS suddenly became very concerned with due process.
