I kind of do like that thought.

But you couldn't pick a least trustworthy, and dangerous, country do that deal in if you tried.

So I really don't think it is a good idea. I don't think it is even an "okay" idea. I think, and hope, Trump should find a better, less corrupt, country to deal with -- and certainly one which does have all the EU trying to nudge into a hot war with Russia.

Hell, do the deal with Russia direct. Maybe agree to let them take over the rest of Ukraine so your US companies can have safe access to the minerals;-?

I bet you don't like that thought, but I think you'll agree that we've got to get our essential items somewhere. Do you have a better idea?
