The Alien Enemies Act gives the President the authority to invoke and control the use of the act. The judge thinks that Congress gets to approve or disapprove its use for the President. The judge is wrong.

The President doesn’t decide the Alien Enemies Act. Congress does.

The way this actually works . . . Congress passed the 'Alien Enemies Act'. And now the President is supposed to follow the law and enforce it.

By the way, I think that 'judge' needs a diaper change and a retirement.
