actually there is guidance to go by on how to act as both officials(government) which are over us and how to treat your neighbors and people where ya live how ya should. It's been around for a very long time and very infrequently read by the masses and less understood.
And yet it contains the answers. Unless ya read it one cannot come out and state that it doesn't. Its been a guidance to many leaders of all sorts for decades and centuries.
THAT being said, let us not forget that the very enemy of the same guidance is alive and well and busy on planet earth and that person is the most powerful being after GOD. His name is Satan. And he has a whole host of fallen angels who were thrown out of Heaven after they tried to take over Heaven and fought against God Himself and lost. They were booted out of God's realm (heaven) down to earth to roam about to and fro. You would know these beings as Spirits who possess people and simply just do evil things including trying to change the meaning of the WORD of GOD to create confusion and division.
The TERM and Word "Christian" which is the root word for the faith of Christianity, goes back to times just after the apostles began spreading the Gospel to all the surrounding cities and countries. One early Church has the distinction of being cited as the first Church and people which were called "Christians".
Russia will never be a Christian nation Fiz. They are specifically named in the Bible as one of the nations who will attempt to eradicate Jerusalem and the Israelites shortly after the Second coming of Christ takes HIS Church (people who have believed solely in HIM) out of here and to Heaven. That leaves all of the humanists who think they are good but have no divine leadership inside of them.
So they are swayed like tree leaves blown about by every small breeze.
Iffen I were you, I would not put any reliance or trust in mankind's goodness. Except for a small amount of people on earth, it does not exist...
