I think I first posted about Colorado in 2009, here: #msg-392758

Sadly, the referenced pdf at the Mercatus.org site is now broken. Why does anyone ever take valuable information and articles DOWN?

Here's a slideshow on the five most and least free states. Due to its age, I think it was probably based on the Mercatus report.

Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months

fizzy,

I've heard good things about Colorado. A few years ago, I remember that it was judged one of the five (or so) "freest" states - using a variety of factors. That was an eye opener to me given Colorado's reputation as something of liberal magnet / hippy state.

Colorado isn't TOO far away from California. I think the drive from Denver took me about 19 hours when I had to do it after getting stranded on 9/11. That might matter to you and your employees.
