The House has rejected a bill that would have cut off funding for the U.S. military intervention in Libya, voting 180-238 to kill the defunding effort. The bill would have likely been dead on arrival in the Senate. In a separate vote earlier Friday, the House rejected a resolution that would have formally authorized military force in Libya.
