The last item that Chris Wallace brought-up with Bachmann was the recent vote in New York allowing same sex marriage. Bachmann replied by saying that that was up to New York and since the 10th Amendment allows states to make their own decisions about stuff like this that she had no problem with what happened in New York. And if other states wanted to follow suit and do something similar, that's why the Founding Fathers implemented the 10th Amendment.
Of course, during a follow-up question, she claimed that while what New York did was Constitutional, that it may not be for long since if she and others like her have anything to say about this that there will soon be a Constitutional Amendment which will define Marriage as being between only a man and women and then all of these currently constitutional state laws will be overridden by the US Constitution, since from her point of view, once it's in the Constitution it will be out of the reach of the states and the courts and that will be the end of it, once and for all.
