Tell me HOW the duct tape wasn't shifted/rearranged?

...what difference does it make. There is no valid reason for putting duct tape on a kids head.

Today the father testified he didn't have an affair, yet visited this women more then a few times at HER home.

...don't see what the alleged affair has to do with anything either. He was probaly lying though. IMHO, his wife (Mrs Anthony) is a shrew of the highest order and he was probaly driven to it. On the other hand, his girlfriend is as ugly as a mud fence. Having a bitchy wife and an ugly girlfriend aren't all that uncommon. See Bill Clinton.

What has the defense done that makes you think that Casey Anthony didn't kill her daughter either accidentally or on purpose ?

Like you I go back & forth, wondering if it was an accident, she drowned & she paniced.

Have you heard the testimony today of Roy Kronk, the man that found the remains? He used a stick into the eyesocket of the skull to lift it up to investigate it.
Then a cop came to the scene & slipped in the mud on the scene & yelled at Roy for a half an hour, according to him.

I don't find him credibile, his manner of answering was unusual for him.

I need to hear the rest of the testimony before I decide. I'm shocked since I thought she was toast before the defense moved forward.
