Casey Anthony knew it and didn't report it for 31 days and then only when she was forced to.
Casey Anthony has repeatedly lied to authorities about virtually every detail of the case. Casey Anthony even blamed this on a non existent nanny until the cops proved there wasn't one.
IMHO, She is at the very least guilty of manslaughter and cruelty to children.
