I quote "inflation" because I don't know if the chart MISTAKENLY shows government reported CPI changes or actual inflation (increase in the money supply which, with a lag which can be substantial, eventually drives prices higher THAN THEY WOULD OTHERWISE BE).

People don't understand inflation and that, in my opinion, is their biggest wealth drain BY FAR.
