Three pieces of tape were found near the remains, the body was so decomposed they assumed the tape was used over her mouth & nose, she was skeletal when discovered. And her remains were tampered with. The scene was grossly compromised, many months outdoors in rainy weather.
NO DNA on the tape belonged to Casey.
At first the prosecution said Casey killed her with "chloroform", then they changed, hoped Caylee was knocked out by the chloroform prior to the "tape" being used as the murder weapon.
Casey was guilty of obstruction at the very least, but wasn't charged.
IMO, she's a narcissistic pathological liar.
Matt Lauer interviewed prosecuter Jeff Aston, he asked him if we would ever know how Caylee died, his reply, "no".
So, even now, they can NOT say HOW Caylee died.
You can't hold someone responsible for "murder" when you can't prove HOW, when you have their remains.
She will be treated like a pariah by many.
Some lunatic(s) might attempt to kill her.
Her life will not be easy, that's because of HER behavior, those 31 days of doing nothing but obstructing. clo
