re: "America needs a functional government"

That's an oxymoron if ever I've heard one.

What do you think a "functional" government is? Because I have no idea.

A government is something that restricts people. It governs them. Are you saying that our government needs to improve on its performance of that function?

Gov. Chris Christie is a republican I could vote for.

He's been decisive & taken steps to firm up NJ.

He disagrees with many of Obama's policies, yet has never spoken about Obama in a nasty manner, nor challenged his American birth.

He recently appointed a Muslim Judge, a man he's known for 9 years, making it clear that those "idiots" that fear sharia law, are idiots. There is NO chance of that occurring in this country. And he's sick of hearing such garbage.

I give him a ton of credit for being vocal on this issue knowing this is mainly a republican boogie man.

Another VERY important issue, he's a republican & should have an easier time with the republican House along with McConnell, fewer filibusters.

America needs a functional government, or We all go down. clo
