Apparently there was also issues with this particular county clerk and her obscure procedures when it came to reporting votes, as far back as 2006 during another state election. Either she's simply incompetent and should be replaced or there's something fishy going on.
I know those votes were later than the rest, as I was trying to stay awake, but fell asleep.
