Good Afternoon Weco!

Michele Bachmann is having her moment.

She is magnificently average, in every way.

The damage she will do to the Republican Party will not be as severe as the damage done to the Party by Sarah Palin.

Sarah scares people. Sarah scared enough people away from John McCain to keep him out of the White House.

Michele Bachmann will be a delegate at the Republican Convention. Not the nominee.

I don't think the people are ready for a demonstrable idiot in the White House.

Dr. Bachmann is wasting everybody's time.

Marie Diamond reports: "On the right-wing Christian attorney Jay Sekulow's radio show, the congresswoman evinced a far more disturbing lack of basic knowledge about world history. Specifically, Bachmann said the American people are worried about 'the rise of the Soviet Union.' Apparently no one's told her that America's one-time Cold War nemesis has not existed for 20 years."
