What point? That when an asset climbs in a single year as shown below, there will be some pricing volatility? Did you know that right now, with gold "CRASHING," it is still far above its skyrocketing 50 day moving average?

If that's the whole of your case, I'm afraid the court will throw it out. Why are you even talking about gold? It's because it's having a bad week. Big whoop. Bring the subject up in six months when you'll have better evidence. (I suspect you won't.)
